Appointments
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Each client is given the appropriate time and attention when receiving any service at Bella Visage Salon & Spa. So delayed arrivals will result in your service being reduced and it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. An extension may be given if your specialist's schedule can accommodate it.
Children
Children are always welcome during their scheduled service. Although we love children, for their safety and the comfort and relaxation of our guests, we ask that you refrain from bringing unattended children into the salon.
Payment
Each specialist is an independent contractor and they all gladly accept CASH and CHECK. Please call and see if Credit Card is being accepted by your specialist. For all Hair Products and gift certificates CASH, CHECK and ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS are accepted
Gift Certificates
We offer a wide array of services. Our gift certificates can be purchased for a particular service(s) as well as any dollar amount. Gift Certificates are non refundable and non transferable. Gratuities are not included.
Gratuity
Any gratuity is appreciated, but often people ask how much is considered industry standard. The majority of people calculate the gratuity amount as they would in a restaurant - between 15 and 20 percent; however, feel free to leave more or less, depending on the level of satisfaction with the service(s) received.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you! As a courtesy to other guests and our specialists, please provide a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations within 24 hours and/or "no show" will result in a charge of 100% of the service price or gift certificate(s) will be redeemed as payment. Cancellation fees will be billed directly to our guest and a credit card will be required to reserve future appointments at the salon. Return check fee is $25.
